Dr Jimmy Seow is an expert in Hazmat & Oil Spill Emergency Response, Chemical and Industrial Fire Pollutants, Policy, Legislative and Strategic management, Oil and Gas Environmental Approval, Soil science and Catchment Hydrology.
Dr Seow has a PhD in soil science and catchment hydrology from University of Western Australia and MSc. (Hon) in Earth Sciences from Waikato University New Zealand.
He has over 30 years’ experience in Health, Safety and Environment and Emergency Response Management having worked in Government, Oil and Gas and Mining.
Dr Seow is a recognised world subject matter expert on PFAS (perfluoroalkyl substances) and firefighting foams providing advice on PFAS and firefighting foams in Australia and overseas.
Dr Seow is an ISO14000 and ISO9000 auditor.

Bilal M Syed is an accomplished Safety and Environment Professional with over 30 years of experience in Europe/ EU, Middle East, SE Asia and Australia. He has worked in the Oil &Gas Exploration, Energy, LNG Operations, Construction, Production & Terminal Facilities, Mining/ Mineral Resources and the Chemicals sector.
Bilal previously headed the environment portfolio at the World Bank in Pakistan. He has worked in the Oil & Gas industry managing plant commissioning and pipelines for Chevron Borrow LNG Project; INPEX LNG project; Woodside Energy – Pluto LNG on & off shore (Australia) and Total’s - first LNG operated Plant in Yemen.
Ron Hille is a Consultant Meteorologist with more than 30 years experience.
He commenced his forecasting career with the Western Australia Regional Forecasting Centre in 1984. Ron gained extensive experience as a Consultant Meteorologist in the Commercial Weather Service of the Bureau of Meteorology.
Ron consults to the Maritime and Oil and Gas sector providing training and meteoroligical services including extended tropical cyclone outlooks for weather sensitive operations and long-range forecasting for offshore operations and support to in-house metocean teams. He has a considerable depth of understanding in atmospheric and oceanographic parameters that impact the Maritime and Offshore Oil and Gas Industries.

Les Vogiatzakis has more than 20 years’ experience in heavy industry, hazardous chemical compliance and chemical Management. He has extensive experience in the noxious and major hazard facility sector. Les is also experienced in with Dealing with anhydrous ammonia, chlorine gas, carbon disulphide and hydrogen fluoride, other hazardous chemicals.
He was previously a Hazmat Emergency Advisory Team (HEAT) member to the emergency management agencies.

Jeff previously worked with the Australian Maritime Safety Authority and with the Department of Planning and Infrastructure, Western Australia as the Navigational Safety Officer.

Rob has been delivering various training programs for over 14 years and ranks the Mental Health First Aid program as one of the most worthwhile programs he has delivered. He firmly believes that the program gives people the confidence to help people who are suffering from a Mental Health problem and helps to dispel the myths and stigma associated with mental illness.
