Workplace Bullying

Workplace Health and Safety

Course Overview

Workplace bullying can adversely affect the psychological and physical health of a person.

If workplace bullying can be identified early, effective measures can be put in place to minimise the risk to workers. It is important to prevent bullying from becoming an acceptable behaviour which can result in workplace injury.

Everyone in the workplace should actively work to prevent workplace bullying before it becomes a risk to health and safety. Providing training for workers and managers is a critical step to preventing workplace bullying from occurring.
