Mark Small – Executive Director

Principal WHS Trainer | Lead Investigator

Mark is a highly experienced safety professional, licensed investigator, and trainer known for his engaging and practical approach to safety and investigation training. He is an ICAM Lead Investigator, Exemplar Global–certified Lead Auditor, and Adjunct Lecturer with Edith Cowan University, where he teaches incident investigation. Mark specialises in Work Health and Safety (WHS) investigations, psychosocial investigations, and administrative investigations within government and statutory frameworks. He delivers clear, compliance-focused training that resonates with participants across a wide range of industries, both in Australia and internationally.


Greg Stagbouer

Principal WHS (Mining) Consultant

Greg Stagbouer has over 20 years of Experience as a Safety Professional.

He is an experienced Senior Executive and Company Director.

Greg is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety and was previously the Chair of the College of Fellows.

He is a past member of the Mining Industry Advisory Committee serving as an expert member.

Greg has tertiary qualifications in Mining, Adult Education and a Graduate Diploma and Masters in Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety.


Samantha Robinson

Principal HSEQ Consultant | Lead Investigator

Samantha Robinson is an accomplished Safety professional with over 18 years of experience working in the Resources, Energy, Renewables, Mining, Infrastructure, Government, Defence, Marine, and Oil & Gas sectors. She has extensive skills in QHSE management systems, as well as risk management, governance, training, logistics, operations, regulatory and internal compliance.

Samantha is an experienced Lead Investigator and a licensed Investigator, with a strong background in conducting complex investigations across various industries. She is also a certified Lead Auditor with accreditation from Exemplar Global, conducting internal and external audits, including ISO 45001, 9001, and 14001.


Adam Lillee (B.Sc.OT)

Principal Injury Management Consultant

Adam has worked in the workers compensation injury management industry since 1996 with experience as a consultant, manager, staff trainer, staff mentor and student supervisor. Adam has worked as a private sector service provider in Western Australia and the Northern Territory with significant experience in the WorkCover WA, NT WorkSafe and Comcare systems. Adam has extensive experience as an in-house employer-based injury management consultant.

Principal WHS Consultant

Bill is a Safety Professional with over 30 years of experience in the mining, energy and oil and gas sectors.

He has extensive experience in major project constructions, brown field operations, and accident investigations.

Bill has a Masters in Occupational Health and Safety.


Richard Barna

Principal Leadership and Management Consultant

Richard Barna is an Experienced Company Director with an MBA from the University of Western Australia.

Richard has extensive Australian and International experience in delivering Leadership and Management programs across a variety of industries sectors including the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry.
