Leadership is not the same as management. While supervisors and managers hold formal responsibilities, anyone in the workplace can demonstrate safety leadership. This course empowers participants to lead by example, communicate effectively, and influence safe behaviours across all levels of an organisation.

• Balance the multiple roles of supervision: compliance, coaching, and care.
